Yikes -- I messed up my enamel bracelet

I noticed a white scratch across the "P" in Paris of my middle sized Tohu Bohu bangle. Of course, I'm really upset about it. It couldn't have happened on the black part, where it would have been an easy cover-up fix. No, it had to go through four different colors. What's funny about the scratch is, the whole thing has a white scratch. I have a feeling it is toast and can't be repaired. What is youf opinion?

Is it really a scratch or could you have rubbed it against something painted white and thats left a white 'scratch 'mark that could rub off? Pictures would be really helpful to access the damage. Really hope you can redeem !
