yellow or white gold

i want to buy a new necklace. all my jewellery currently is white gold or ss. do i get yg to have something different or get white so it will match my earings and bracelet and wedding rings?

I don't think there's anything wrong with mixing wg/yg/ss whatever......you need to be comfortable with it though. It gives the jewelry a different dimension when you mix - IMO.

Get what you want.....when you find the yellow gold piece that calls to you, get it!

There is definately more choice in white gold/ platinum but I love the warmth that yellow gold gives!

YG or RG will give a nice contrast with WG. I would not choose for WG again.

i think yellow gold is making a come back. i own several yellow gold and rose gold pieces along with my plat. some stones/designs look better in certain metals.
