I love bags from this era. Just recently I've got my self 4 bags that are not that trendy anymore but I consider them classic: Chanel PST, Bal City (the small size though it was released in 2016 I think), Givenchy Ant and classic Lady Dior.

I remember those lv speedys in cute cherry print. I really liked those at the time and still do.

I bought a Gerald Darel 24 bag 2 months ago. It reminds me so much of a Esprit pleather bag I had during uni 10 years ago and I had to have it.I still have my Gerard Darel 24Hr bag. It was an IT bag for a brief time, and then strangely, the brand disappeared from the scene here. I kept her for nostalgia, but I should take her out of her dustbag and let her breathe.

Thank you, keodi! I'm told 2005 was a great Bal year in terms of leather. The City in my pics is a 2011 (M - Fall/Winter).beautiful! I would like to add a Bal city at some point. I own a 2005 black first.

it's really lovely!Thank you, keodi! I'm told 2005 was a great Bal year in terms of leather. The City in my pics is a 2011 (M - Fall/Winter).
My Marc Jacobs was my first luxury bag...I still have it, though it is super heavy. I'm sad that MJ is no longer as nice as it was before. I also have the Gucci horse bit line...love it!
I still have several Marc Jacobs bags stored away somewhere. I never purchased the Stam, but I had some other pretty great ones. Oooh actually, I have two MJs in my handbag closet. I can't remember the name, but they are a quilted flap (one is blue and one is an orangish-red). I still have my mustard Alexander Wang Rocco. It is so heavy, but the leather is luscious! Lastly, my Proenza Schouler KeepAlls. I had (have?) a PS1, but the quality isn't great. The KeepAll bag was not nearly as popular, but I love it. The look is so timeless! I own three of the regular ones and one larger bag I have used a few times as a carry-on bag. Oh, and of course the Bals.
Believe it or not they still brought similar design to 2010s Celine but... Again quickly discontinued I got similar clutch with magnetic tab hardware instead of leather tab. It's nice to put a name to the bag's inspiration, thanks!Anyone remember the Céline Poulbot?
About the same size as a Bagette, every year they’d have a charity auction of a one-off artist version. For their tenth anniversary, they released a “color your own” with leather paint pens.
A review on the Blog lead me to finding tPF back in the day. I still have mine (and my late 90s baguette.
