I also have speedy b 40 in mono, and i love it, it really stands out from the crowd, looks like a statement bag, and the main important thing is there no fake speedy 40, at least i havent seen any in huge Istanbul, even when i was out of country have never seen any speedy 40... for reference i'm 5.8 i wear size europian size 38, us 8, uk 10 i guess..

I love it i think it worth every cent i payed for it, also still planing to get speedy b de 35too

I really love this bag but it depends on the wearer really.. you can dress stylishly that it looks like an oversized handbag or you can carry it like your going on a little vacation.. it's up to you.

lol you are right!! but i actually carry my speedy 40 all the time!!! if azur and ebene had of come in 40 i would have gotten them in that size also!! i really don't carry a lot ( wallet, pochette, cles, phone and keys) but i love the look of a bigger bag!!!

Short answer: yes, because I do, lol

I just got my Speedy and one of the main reasons I got the 40 as opposed to the 35 is because of the large size, it makes it stand out more IMO.

Even though the 35 probably would've been big enough for my stuff I love the size of the 40, but I also LOVE big bags. I also got it because is different; even though I live in a HUGE city with a numerous LV boutiques/department store shops and EVERYBODY and their mother has a Speedy the 40 isn't common here.

IMO it takes a special kind of gal (or guy) to rock ANY kind of big bag as an everyday bag but ESPECIALLY a Mono Speedy lol
