WOW!! I don't beleive I have ever seen a heroin chic tickerbell before! One question though, is that 60 bucks what the winner is paying the seller or is the seller paying the winner that just to take the bag off their hands?? Seriously though, why would anyone want that? It will scare small children (and me)!
