Would you carry a Damier Ebene LV in spring/summer?

I didn't think I would use it much in the summer but I realized that I wear a lot of black and khaki. It goes perfect with it. I don't work in the summer so my outfits are easy and predictable.

For me it works all year round. I am wearing lots of neutrals, beige, browns, grey so for me it works... all year.

l love my Speedy Ebene but prefer a lighter colored bag for spring//summer-something in Azur would be perfect.

I love my DE in all seasons..I live in Florida and it rains a lot in the summer so it's always a "safe" bag for me. But I love the print anyway!! I give my monos equal love as well

I find it absolutely ridiculous that people constrain themselves under this silly made up winter/summer rule. Wear what you like when you like…

I wore a white bucket bag through Dec - Feb. I loved it. Such a nice change from all the blacks and Browns of winter. Called it my winter whites.

*shutter*..NO floral prints and NO pastels for this gal. Being blonde, tans very easily..I tend to wear a lot of white (with turquoise accessories) in the summer, along with black (and turquoise accents)…sometimes navy, and that would be it! lol. Very simple. I like monochromatic with some great jewelry and shoes! I am thinking of maybe getting a turquoise and brown tassel for the Neverfull and wearing it occasionally when I have white on with gold/brown/turquoise accessories. This is kind of my colour palette for the warmer months…I guess the ebene will work with it! Thanks again ladies

I have been wanting a Neverfull MM for about a year, but kept putting off the purchase because there were always other bags with higher priority.

Now I finally decide this is the bag I will get for my upcoming travel. I am not into monogram, so the choices are between DE and DA. The trip is semi-business. I think DA may be a bit too informal for business. I always like DE and own a Speedy 25 B in this print. My only concern is that it may be too dark for summer. Do you use DE in summer and agree I should get DE?

I was at an out door concert this past Monday and someone had a DE bag in a style I didn't recognize ( believe it was real, though). Anyways it was a cross body and it looked really nice with her summer outfit. I personally think it's fine.

I use my DE Neverfull year-round. It's so functional and looks great all the time!

I use mine in all seasons. You could always dress her up with a summery/springy bandeau/charm if it's your style...

This topic comes up a lot, and I think that most feel that it is personal preference. I personally think that it is too dark for me in the summer, but I also really look forward to and enjoy rotating my bags based on the seasons. I enjoy my Azur bags in the Spring and Summer and my DE bags in the Fall and Winter, and Mono as well as all my others all year-round!!

I use DE all year long. I do think of DA as a summer color though.
