When I have done them in the past, we called it a swap fairy and everyone involved filled out a questionare included in it was all kinds of info about yourself for the person shopping for you. Taste preferrences, scents, candle person or not....

I think I have one still and can get it if it is needed.

the subject of shipping was brought up. i am about 99% sure we all live in the us, so that shouldn't be a problem

if you're shipping something heavy, try seeing if it will fit in a flat rate box/envelope from the post office. depending on what it is, you can save some money. if you're shipping small and light, try sending first class- it only takes a smidge longer than priority. and if you happen to send books/cds/dvds, you can send it media mail.

and dawnya- i was in the process of doing a questionaire, but would love to see if you could dig that one up! thanks so much!!!

alright...turns out i can't sleep tonight (go figure). and i'm thinking elfster might just be the way to go. sooo...

the DEADLINE to send me an email stating you want to participate is february 13 (tuesday). PLEASE NOTE: it is very likely this will run 2 months with an expected $150 contribution (this will be staggered, so you can work around paydays, etc). if this is a problem, please do not sign up, as it would make things unfair to the rest.

i will be sending out invites tomorrow from elfster for those who have already emailed me!

this is going to be really fun, you guys!!! i'm so excited about this! and, again, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me!

sorry for such disorganization- i'm trying to accomodate as many people as possible...so the cost limit is NOT currently set, though everyone seems to agree with the time of 2 months.
