Exactly! I have a mono Speedy 30 that I always wear with my black leather bomber and it always looks great. But I agree that certain girlier or dressier styles may not look as good - I think it all depends on the style of your jacket, like zippers/hardware/etc, and the bag. My jacket is very minimalistic but does have brass zippers, and it looks fantastic when worn with my Speedy.

I think so! I don't know what the specific jacket you have looks like of course but I could see some nice black boots, jeans and your jacket with a Mono Speedy. I think of Mono as a neutral for the most part. Maybe post some mod pics?

I wear mono with most solid colors. I'm more careful about wearing it with prints/patterns. That's where it gets dicey for me.

I believe that the Mono Speedy is a classic and goes with everything! I love seeing people with different styles wear it, so interesting.
On a side note - Damier Ebene looks amazing with black
