I'm a huge fan of Zella. All of my workout leggings/pants are that brand.
For workout tops, I tend to purchase whatever I think is cute: Zella, Alo, Beyond Yoga, Gap, and Lululemon (prefer to purchase tops when they're on sale).

I've been wearing Mara Hoffman Activewear, Alo Yoga and Lululemon leggings to barre class. Expensive, but I've been able to find bargains on them.
