You are correct- it is typical for KC3's reign. When the Queen trooped the colour, it was a much more crowded balcony - all non-working royals etc.

The BLG doesn't agree with those here who are unhappy with Kate's outfit. He seems to think all her pictures are cover-worthy for Vogue or belong in the Louvre. He's quite a character... 😂 To be fair, she does look absolutely impeccable.
It's not my favourite outfit on her but she does look impeccable, as usual.....
