You can see in these photos over the years that she's grown in confidence and that from, I'd say 2017 onwards ( in general, not just these photos ) she started to look like a Queen Consort in waiting.
Yes fully agree. She definitely began to dress in a more regal manner (although I didn't think there was anything wrong with the earlier years).
