This dress is navy and the funeral dress was black. I still think it is a McQueen coat dress in another color. She found a great style and had it made in several colors, is my guess.

She looks tired I think. That said, wotj noting that the photographers last night have a very limited opportunity to take a picture and it's in relatively low lighting. This morning, they have much longer to take a photo and much clearer lighting, so I'm not shocked at her looking different.
