I know it is not healthy...I got over 40 bags but I still want more....but I just couldn't help it. I cannot part with them and cannot stop buying them...there is always some styles I want, some different brands...

I hear the same thing from my mother. But it is funny because she is in to purses too so... :shrugs::shrugs::shrugs:

Lol, my mom is in to purses too! She doesn't buy as often as me, and a lot of times she gets my hand me downs when I buy something new. She still cringes when she hears I'm on the hunt for a new bag and sees the price!

I think I am content with my Coach collection for now but not with other brands that I favor. Some people like to gamble, collect sneakers etc. I just love purses. Just when I think I am done I end up buying another one:)

I doubt it. From a very young age I have LOVED bags. Even as a preteen, when all I could afford was target, I had a large bag collection and any spending money I had usually went to bags. I keep my clothing simple, and timeless (I like to think) so a new bag is how I update my wardrobe!

I have but I think I am probably the oldest one on this thread.

My first nice bag was a coach that my bf bought me at age 22. Then I got myself a DB and later 1 or 2 paloma picasso bags. Then I discovered longchamp, le pliage. But mind you this whole time I only had 1-2 bags at a time.

Then at 29, I bought my first luxury bag. Lv epi with matching wallet. And later disovered BV but later sold it. Same for Henry Beguilin. Lv got sold but this was before the recession hit and I was mid or early 30s. Still sporting one bag etc.

Then I discovered Hermes and Chanel. Decided to buy now vs later after seeing the prices. Never one regretted my decision. Completed my collection a few years ago and haven't purchased any leather items since.:D
