Will BalNY give you your tracking#??

I just ordered the truffle box and compagnon yesterday and it is being sent UPS Ground..If I called would they give me the tracking # so I can stalk the UPS driver?? TIA

I tried to get the tracking # once and they wouldn't give it to me. I was not clear why. I think if you have a concern they will check it for you.

That's really strange, and probably why I will have to order my Spring Colors from AR. I have had a LV wallet stolen from my porch so I am super cautious about having tracking numbers on everything I order so I can try to be home. Even though things get sent out with SIG confirmation... my UPS guy still just signs for it and leaves it out front.

BalNY will not give you the tracking number but if you ask them to check the status for you they will and this way you'll know when your package is going to be delivered. They have done it for me in the past.
