Barney's has them - I know that they have at least one size 40 black in stock. I just ordered an olive one, too. I am working with someone in their designer section if you need a contact - or others here on the PF may have someone who could help you.

I think we have all gone nuts because Bal online put up those photos, and then that bad Andy posted all the celeb photos. I think it is Andy's fault that I went into a Bal frenzy.
