Why is there a sudden surge in the availability of WC Speedy 30?

Whatever it is, I'd still love to get my hands on a white WC Speedy 30, but sadly, the sudden surge does not include Singapore!:sad:

i wanted to order LV from oversea LV boutique but i dont think can. :confused1:

Yes, I am from Singapore too! :yes:Sure. I will make a personal trip to LV store this Saturday to enquire if they allow for international transfer of items though I have a feeling that they might provide this specialised service only for their VIPs.....

maybe you can try your luck. saturday? its very crowded esp at ngee ann city. looooooong Q and the SA may not entertain you. :smile:

i suggest you go to raffles or hilton LV. :yes:

Thanks for the kind reminder!:smile: Unfortunately, I can only make it on weekends or else I would have gone to the store like..... right this minute!! But I have work commitment:sad:. And I doubt that if I enquire over the phone, the SA will entertain me so it's better if I make a personal trip to the boutique myself.

Will let you know the outcome thereafter! Hope that they do allow international transfer of items to Singapore! "Keeping my fingers crossed"

I understand it is not possible from my SA.

I have requested for international transfer of the dentelle speedy international from Australia and they could not do it. My SA is not very senior so maybe she does not have that much power. Maybe they do offer it to VIPs. Good luck. Let us know if you successfully made it possible.

Thanks, Crazy Bag! Honestly, I also doubt that the Singapore boutique will allow international transfer for their normal (read: non-VIPs) customers. But I am still going to try my luck anyway because even if the outcome is negative, I'd feel better as I know that I have tried.

The WC Speedy 30's are here in Canada because they did not sell elsewhere. I think my SA said the international zone transfer ability is new. I hope you manage to convince your local SA to help out with an international zone transfer! There are still several left in Canada - I think white is a tough colour to sell when we're already getting ready for winter here! If they'll do an international zone transfer, I believe the flagship store in Toronto has about a half dozen left, as of last weekend. Good luck!!!!!!!

That's what I heard from my SA as well. I know that most Canadian stores did receive a shipment. My SA also confirmed they will not be getting any brown WC Speedy and that the white ones is just a one time deal/shipment.

I can't wait to pick up my WC Speedy 30 next week.

For TPFers who have had international transfer of items from another country care of their local LV stores, do you have to pay for the bag in full prior to the transfer or pay only when the transfer is done and upon the arrival of the transferred item at your local boutique?
