Why are some BVs are not distributed in the US? Any opinions?

I can tell you that the buyers for different regions order items they think are more appropriate for the customers who live there.
Often, department stores get classic colors in items and boutiques get the seasonal/fashion colors. Case in point - the wavy goatskin bucket pieces were available in department stores in Nero and Night. The boutiques got them in Turbolence, Eclipse and Torrent.
