I wonder if VB specifically asked for her legs to be tanned the same colour as parts of the dress?

I prefer Lindsay's dressed down look (VB always looks so overdressed [and yet, strangely, also underdressed!], IMO), but I really don't like those above-the-knee leggings. I also think that, even though the dress has black in it, it is still a little light coloured to wear with black leggings (they would look too heavy), even if they were a normal length...

I think I'm going to have to declare it a tie!
