Lets go that way - to make it smaller just

1. click on the picture -
2. when it opens up in the viewer
3. right click and go to "Open With..."
4. Choose Paint (it's easy and on every PC)
5. Click Image
6. Choose "Resize/Skew" and make it smaller
7. Save it and attach it
