I didn't have to sign but its ok because I have been home today looking out the window every 5 minutes for the fedex man. It didn't even make it to the porch it went straight from his hands to mine! :yahoo:

i just got my dylan tote in black in the mail today.....i dont know what to think of it just yet. does anyone else have one? how do you feel about it? also, the strap thats attached to the front zipper is way crooked, is that what its supposed to be like?

I have this Piper tote in Taupe and I am not sure what you mean about the strap being crooked. Mine is perfect! You should call them and have them exchange it. These are not sample bags during the current sale; these are full production bags so there is no excuse for them not to be right. I think you should call them
They will exchange it for a new one, or if you are not sure you like it anyway, the crooked strap is a good reason to have them just refund you.

Well when I spoke to LP's CS at 2 something PDT, the CS person told me to email pics and that someone would call be back today.

Well they closed and they never called me back. So I guess I will have to call them again tomorrow.

I am really disappointed with their CS. :tdown:

I got my marigold Dylan Bowler today! The leather is tdf! It is a bit larger than my Moni Moni Splendor which I'm happy about. I think it's a keeper, sorry for the crappy cellphone pic...

I can't believe it is BIGGER than your Splendor!
I must have received the mutant giant Splendor when I ordered one, because it dwarfed my Dylan Bowler!
Anyway, glad it's a keeper. Even with what you call the "crappy cellphone pic" I can see she is a beauty! (I told you the leather is TDF!)

So this pic isnt the greatest but it kinda shows it, its kinda bendy like (i wanted to try taking a pic with it not laying against the black bag) I thought at first that it was crooked from the packaging when shipped but i tried to straighten it and it feels like it cant, that it was made that way. i could def deal with it i just thought that it looked weird.

If it is the leather zipper pull you are concerned about, I am sure it will straighten out with use. The leather on the Dylan is so soft, I am certain it will straighten out!
