I am glad I ordered the gold during the SS because it came in wonderful condition. The gold was beautiful and pretty soft despite the metallic treatment. This is not the case with the silver.

I think I received a major defective bag. One that was left over from a previous sample sale because it has tags on it that are marked down in price.

I am calling LP tomorrow to get a refund.

That is pretty darn bad, SoCal! Something is not right with that bag! It doesn't look like Azureartist's bag at all. Hers looks quite nice, actually.
Maybe they can find you a better one and trade it out. I would call them and tell them to find you a really good one.
I know it sounds wacky, but I bought an Aubergine Angie Speedy a long while back when the stlye first came out and it was crazy-defective looking. So I sent it back for a refund. When they had the sample sale last month, I actually called them and I asked if they had any Aubergine Speedys and if they did, could they please look through them and find me a really good one and told them about my last experience, and they did it! LOL! And I got a really great Angie Speedy! They actually have excellent CS.

I am so sorry this happened; that is a shame!
Do some of these online shops not even GLANCE at what they send out to customers???!!!

I did Coop! I am trying to sell stuff and keep my nose clean so I can save for a GD or purple BE love me mini!! So I've been AWOL a little ;)

But the marigold bowler comes tomorrow!! I can't wait!!!

Yeah I got one FUGLY bag. When you returned your bag did they reimburse the price you paid to ship your defective bag back to them?

I hate having to loose money when it is LP's fault for sending me a gross bag. :tdown:

I don't know why they would even try to sell a bag that is that jacked up and all the metallic coating has come off of it. I think I'm done with LP! :cursing:

I bet they have some guys working in the warehouse that don't even look at the bags before they go out. Yours wasn't a SS bag right?

That sucks. I bet that when you call tomorrow they will fix you up. I just hope they have more silver left.

socaltrojan, I cannot believe the condition of the bag that they sent you. My jaw literally hit the floor, that's absolutely unacceptable! Let us know what happens, I'm so sorry. I'm scared about the one that I ordered now. Unbelievable....

Socaltrojan - I would definately exhange it. Here's the back of my bag. You made me go and look... I'm such a perfectionist. I saw these marks in the lower left corner. :sad: It is under the silver color though. I looked with a magnifying glass.

I hope LP takes care of you.
