I am quite disappointed and upset. My bag came in terrible condition. The entire back side of the bag is severely discolored. The metallic treatment came off in multiple spots all over and makes the bag look HIDEOUS.
I am glad I ordered the gold during the SS because it came in wonderful condition. The gold was beautiful and pretty soft despite the metallic treatment. This is not the case with the silver.
I think I received a major defective bag. One that was left over from a previous sample sale because it has tags on it that are marked down in price.
I am calling LP tomorrow to get a refund.

That is pretty darn bad, SoCal! Something is not right with that bag! It doesn't look like Azureartist's bag at all. Hers looks quite nice, actually.
Maybe they can find you a better one and trade it out. I would call them and tell them to find you a really good one.
I know it sounds wacky, but I bought an Aubergine Angie Speedy a long while back when the stlye first came out and it was crazy-defective looking. So I sent it back for a refund. When they had the sample sale last month, I actually called them and I asked if they had any Aubergine Speedys and if they did, could they please look through them and find me a really good one and told them about my last experience, and they did it! LOL! And I got a really great Angie Speedy! They actually have excellent CS.
I am so sorry this happened; that is a shame!
Do some of these online shops not even GLANCE at what they send out to customers???!!!
