Does the new Small size fit the same as a Small lady dior? Has anyone seen the new patent in black and latte? I can only see the latte in patent on the US site. Although lambskin looks nicer i feel patent would be more durable?

I am lucky enough to have both but no it doesn’t as the d-joy is narrower. I would say the medium d-joy holds the same as a small lady dior

I have one in latte color medium and I personally think it’s the best size for carry on shoulder. I like the look for d joy on shoulder than with long strap. Yes highly recommend this bag. Looks modern and classic at same time. The small is great too. but I don’t recommend the micro. It’s just too small

I just inherited a black patent lady Dior from my mother who’s had it for 20 years or however long and it looks almost brand new. The exterior is in perfect condition. She god the patent for that reason.

I don’t know how durable the lamb skin is but it looks way more durable than the Chanel flap bag.

I don’t own the leather version but when I saw it in person I was shocked how exquisite the leather looked.

Also, it’s the patent you don’t have to worry so much about spills or getting it dirty I guess cuz you can wipe it off.

I don't have a local Dior boutique in my city, so I can't try it on and assess it myself. I want to get a small D-joy in latte as a post-grad gift to myself but I'm finding it difficult to pull the trigger, mainly because of color transfer and wear concerns
How do you find the wear on the white lambskin? Do you have to 'baby' the bag to maintain the 'cleanliness' of the colour?

I currently have a black patent lady Dior small and want to expand my collection.

Do you think there will be much colour transfer on the small yellow D -Joy ??? (I will buy a mitzvah)

Also do you think the latte patent small D Joy is a better option? I can’t find it anywhere online, so maybe sold out! I don’t have any neutral colour bags other than my chai birkin25. So part of me wants to start building my colour collection and the other part of me wants a patent latte d Joy… I would not buy the latte lambskin… big no for me.

I do not suggest the patent leather in light colours. It will darken and yellow unevenly over time. The yellow one appears to be patent.
