Who else is gaga for the Midday (Mid Day)

The SA said she would try to send me some pics in the next few days - I asked if she could send a photo side by side (or one on top of the other) of the Mid day and City. If I get it, I'll post.

But I for one am VERY EXCITED that it is not too much bigger than the city! WOOHOO!

Why oh why doesn't it come in RH and with a strap?? I love the style/shape of it, but I have to have a strap, I can't do with only handles.

i saw one too! in a light caramel brown color with ggh, it looked stunning! i really liked it when i tried it on.. im 5'2 & it didnt look too huge on me at all.. i just wish i could identify the color? =/

I think that caramel color is new for fall!! Forgot the name though... Oh I hope ruby comes soon!!

I don't think it come in RH, only GH. It is a lot bigger than a city, and I think it can even fit more than the Work since it is wider. It is about the same height as the work, then shorter in length, and then maybe about almost double the width of the bottom of the Work.

I think there are two sizes as I saw two bags today at Bob Ellis in Charleston that I am fairly sure were Mid Day's - one was huge and the other somewhere between the size of an LV Speedy 25 and 30. It was Marine but I was told the leather was "Nappa(?)." Did not look like it would age well to me, so I was not that impressed - to me it was a little dull looking. The larger one was brown and really looked like a carry on luggage bag - definitely too big for a handbag IMO. Both had regular hardware and I remember that the smaller one had tassels that were sewn down the middle.

The problem is that when you are shopping for these bags not all of the info you need is on the cards and sometimes the SAs just don't know. I did see the two bags I mentioned earlier in the thread that I have never seen before on the forum, and they were 2008 bags as the smaller one was Marine. Are they making any other satchel-type bags with no shoulder strap? I also thought the opening was too small. If it wasn't a Mid Day, I really don't know what it was.

Could the smaller one be the Mid Day and the bigger one be the Work?
