White scratches on canvas

I recently purchased this bag and noticed these scratches on the canvas. They don't feel like they've cut through it or otherwise damaged the material itself, just made a mark on the surface of the bag. I searched the forum and some people recommended baby wipes, others white erasers, and even magic erasers. I just wanted to get a consensus on what method to use before I go ahead with trying to remove them.

You need nothing more than a soft damp cloth and a little elbow grease. They should come off.

Just wondering if you got the white marks off and how you did it. I have one on my PA. I tried baby wipes but it didn't work.

See above. I have removed loads of identical white marks over the years.

I did in fact. I used a damp hand towel with most of the excess water squeezed out. It took two or three passes over the area but it did remove them completely.
