VCA's WG is rhodium plated, including the WG guilloche, at least that's what my SA told me haha

That’s perfect. I think without the rhodium plating the shine would dull sooner. I can’t wait to get to a boutique to try it on
Hi guys, I'm looking to purchase my first VCA piece and am thinking about getting the Guilloche pendant in YG or WG. YG is pretty straight forward, but I was wondering if anyone has any input on how the WG Guilloche pendant wears over time? I'm hoping to wear mine as a daily piece but was unsure about how VCA WG wears and if it would need to be replated frequently even though it's a pendant and I'm not looking to layer.
Also, how has the shine been over time, does it get dull relatively quickly? Would you say either YG or WG Guilloche is more scratch resistant than the other?

I have considered both before for the bracelet. I think it depends on your skin tone. It’s the same in terms of scratch resistant. In the end, I went for hammered yellow gold because I don’t like to see scratches that are too obvious. I don’t think either of your choices will get dull overtime though since it is a pendant. Tried on the WG guilloche 20 motif this past week - unexpectedly I absolutely loved it.
It wasn’t on my wishlist or even on my radar, but you know with VCA trying on makes all the difference.
My SA says the same - but so many things have been discontinued …. Not sure I trust to wait
If you want to see unplated WG, Cartier does a version of the WG love bangle that is without rhodium plating. It’s kinda darker silver. It’s a mood and kinda cool.

I already posted in the VCA action thread and I feel annoying putting the same picture here too, so I took a random one yesterday. I’m loving the 5 motif so much. Sometimes I feel like it almost looks like a slate gray from some angles?! Is that weird lol. I just love it
