I’m purchasing the Stuart Weitzman 50/50 boots, but can’t decide if I should get black suede or black Napa leather? For those who have one, the other, or both…thoughts? Thank you!

Thank you! I ordered the suede. That was my instinct, and I wear them with leather skirts, leggings, etc., so the suede is a nice complement. The contrast between the back stretch material and leather is so noticeable vs the suede. I may end up getting the leather also down the road if I like the boots. I think both have a timelessness quality.
I got the suede back in 2018. I have still enjoyed it a lot regardless of the trends.
It was a tough decision for me as well but I chose suede partially because I live in Southern California where it doesn’t rain much.
Leather is also a more bold and edgier look (to me) and suede suited my aesthetics/style better.

Thanks! I ordered the suede. I just like the aesthetic better for my wardrobe. They continue to make the suede every year, and in my opinion, that renders it a classic. I have the highland and the 75 bootie, both suede, and I love both.
Hmm I have both suede and leather and love both! Suede feels more casual. Leather feels more dressy.
I have a feeling I’ll end up with both as well. I already received the suede, and they’re beautiful.
Great choice @Havanese 28 ! The suede is really wearable and can be dressed up/down. I mainly use it during the day.
