honey to dark . . . vintage! I like it to look like a bag that has been used and loved for a long time.

i really dislike the dark patina... it just makes the bag look worn and tired and dirty.. ugh!! i carry my speedy on my arm so i find it doesnt change as much as if you were to carry it in your hand....

i love patina from the lightest honey to right before it turns black. the extremes at either end of the spectrum (super brand new white and super old dirty black) don't appeal to me at all.

speedy is finally starting to tan every so slightly. i'm so excited!
