I love plisses on certain designs....and not in others. I have a plisse RO, and a plisse Grands Fonds, and an Axis Mundi, and I wish all three of these were flat. Having said that, I LOVE some of the others plissed....the boobs scarf, for example.

tods, as always, you look gorgeous in your orange Mechanique scarf, which I must confess is a scarf design I personally had a hard time coming to fully appreciate. But I do love its whimsical theme and you continue to give me a new appreciation for it.
gazoo, I loved the idea of plisses and owned 3 or 4 before I realized that I really couldn't tie them in a way that made them work. Then I visited the boutique in Alaska while I was traveling, and a dear SA there spent an hour teaching me how to tie them and I've been hooked ever since. I still prefer the flat carres, though.

I recognised it too, K. I wanted 8 of these Phillipe Starck chairs for my home but DH said no.
LOL...we got eight Eiffel base Eames chairs instead of the Ghost chairs for our kitchen. DH could handle those!
