Well, the flagship Alaskan store in North America has not received the scarf booklets yet. Everything is late this year. Even the cadenas arrived a month later than last year.

^^^Yes, they can, but it will have to be sent to Paris. Shopmom did it a while back and it took 4 months.
Our southern Alaskan stores all have it already but headquaters haven't got round to mailing them out yet.
