Diamonds! They are sparkly but not blingy and they take up less space on a smaller face/dial.

I have been offered a 31 DJ SS and gold, fluted bezel, champagne dial and stick markers. The order I put in was for Diamond markers. I originally wanted stick, but for some reason I decided on diamonds and I can’t remember why. Which do you guys prefer and why??

The stick markers will glow in dark if charged by light. How important is that to you?

I love them all. I love the look of Roman’s, but it’s a matter of combo. The diamonds look great with a fluted bezel. Super clean look. If I liked the look and it’s available I would get it.

I wanted a green face. At the time I got mine, the offer for a green face was either diamond markers (on the 28), or Roman Numerals with one diamond numeral for the VI (6).

I ended up with a SS/RG 28, Oyster bracelet, fluted bezel, olive/khaki green face, with diamond markers.

I LOVE IT.

I like stick markers, but on a champagne face, not the easiest to read

I own watches with both diamond markers and stick markers. Stick markers are definitely my favorite. I also love that they glow in the dark!

I think it depends on the dial and watch. I tried on some pre-owned and exhibition Rolexes recently, and preferred the diamond markers on a stainless steel datejust but love the stick markers on the white dial SS/everrose datejust. If you really want the diamond markers, I would wait.

Diamonds without a doubt! Makes it classy but with a nice pop. But I'm also bias since I have diamonds on my Rolex.

I’ve had both but didn’t keep the one with the diamond markers (white MOP dial). It got noticed too much. I prefer the stick markers (silver tapestry dial) since it’s more low key.

I ended up getting the watch with the stick markers! I did want a more casual/sporty everyday watch. They let me try on an exhibition model with diamonds and I preferred the stick. Thanks everyone for the guidance!!

Stick markers have a more masculine, sporty feel to me. I think it depends what look you’re going for. I like either Roman numerals or diamond markers - I have had both. I’m on the waiting list for what I hope will be my forever watch & Ive opted for diamond markers. I think the champagne dial is notoriously difficult to read so you should consider that too.
