What jewelry do you wear on a daily basis?
I think you should consider which watch would look best with those pieces. For example, if you wear more streamlined, modern pieces then maybe the smooth bezel is the way to go. If your taste runs more toward vintage and more ornate pieces, perhaps the fluted bezel would be a better choice. The smooth bezel is a cleaner, sportier look to me and the fluted is a bit dressier. I have one of each and tend to alternate them in that way, wearing the fluted one when I'm dressing up a bit more and the smooth bezel when I'm dressing more casually.

No 1 if you are looking to pair it with gold and platinum jewelry. I think 1 you can dress up or down (jeans and t-shirt or a nice evening out for dinner). 2 and 3 look sportier, 3 being the most sporty looking in my opinion. Depends what you need the watch for. My tastes change over time, so in a way I just think you should get the one you like most now. Don't pressure yourself into choosing the perfect one for a long time. Just get what works best for your lifestyle now.

I tend to think fluted gets scratched up less. I am also trying to decide on a rolex. I want 36mm TT but am leaning towards the jubilee bracelet for 2 reasons, I think it shows less scratches and I love the hidden clasp. I saw a lady with SS jubilee 36mm fluted white gold bezel on a silver dial with diamond markers. Absolutely stunning. But for practical reasons I want TT.

Thank you. I do causal on the weekend and some dressy also. I more than likely won't be wearing this watch to work. Only outside of work. Thank you for the advice about taking my time on picking the right watch.It's so many choices available. I only need one Rolex.Don't pressure yourself into choosing the perfect one for a long time. Just get what works best for your lifestyle now.
