Mono Artsy...I had one awhile ago and sold it because it wasn't comfortable. I missed it so bought another one but quickly realized why I sold the original one. I've had the new one or about a year now and used it a handful of times. I love the look but it's just not a practical bag for me. For some reason I'm having trouble letting it go again...

I have the old cluny and I used it everyday for about a year then I haven't used it for the past 6 years. I thought about selling it because as a shoulder bag, it always felt weird against my body, like it was sticking out too much from my body. Also, if you use it alot the straps get very worn and nasty. I bought the new cluny BB at the beginning of the month and replaced to old cluny strap with the new cluny strap and use the old one as a crossbody. I LOVE my old cluny now. The new strap totally breathes new life into my old bag. The hardware doesn't match (gold & silver), but that doesn't bother me at all.

I'm also on the lookout for the bergamo so you might have some competition! 😉

How do you like your new Cluny bb? I just bought rose ballerina alma bb in EPI but kept thinking if I should go to exchange with Cluny bb. I am more into small cross body bags lately. Don't know if it is worth to add 1k more to get cluny bb....................

I love the cluny bb, but its definitely a dressier bag. I like handheld bags the best. I wouldn't use the long strap for the cluny bb. If you want a crossbody, I would stick with the Alma bb. The old cluny were shoulder bags, no option for handheld and strap was too short for crossbody.

My Damier Azur Speedy 25. I purchased it over the phone shortly after it was introduced and had to have it. I'm finally ready to let it go. Also, my Popincourt Haute - I don't think I can part with it since it was my first LV.

I'm happy to say that my cheapest purchase is the one that I don't love, my monogram key pouch (aka cles). I don't really use it and I don't see what the fuzz is about. Love my empreinte one, but it's much bigger than the canvas key pouch. Everyone is raving about the classic key pouch, "it should be your first LV item, and you'll get to know the label". Seriously?? Wanna get to know the label? Buy a BAG.

I think they're recommending the mono cles to those who are not ready or decided to take the plunge and make a big purchase yet. It's the cheapest one after all. I dont have the mono cles and i too have the empriente cles and i love it

That makes sense.

Hahaha I agree! You can't know the label from the mono cles whatsoever... It is small, you can't even see more logos than a few inches of canvas, and no vachetta.. I wouldn't jump to Empreinte or Vernis for most people's first LV, but I feel the canvas cles are mostly loved by people who have begun collecting SLGs after a few handbags in.

I like my DA cles, well, because I do keep my house keys in there to prevent keys scratching my phone or other stuff and it's easier to find when I hang it onto the D-ring.

I totally agree!!

My cabas piano in monogram. It was my first monogram handbag, but I ended up finding it a bit too small for my liking and only used it once. So I bought the Retiro PM in monogram instead, a much better bag! So now I'm trying to sell my cabas piano, because I know I won't use it.
