Noe bb. I don't regret it that much since I still think it's beautiful but I've come to realize that medium to big bags that can't hold laptops aren't super useful for me. Additionally, I live in a rainy climate so the vachetta makes me think twice before bringing it out.

To avoid buyers remorse, are there any colors you would suggest to avoid? I'm looking at a white monogram cross body and just hesitating a bit on account of the color. Would it become dirty or dingy looking? Would love to hear from owners of white bags.

Neverfull Escale MM in blue. It is such a gorgeous bag but unfortunately was issued during the pandemic and I have never ever taken it out of my closet. Now when I travel more I prefer backpacks so I'm not sure I will be able to use her soon. Sometimes I regret buying it but as soon as I see her, I change my mind!

MPA in Mist from last year's By the Pool collection. Never worn it and I barely take it out of the dust bag. It's one of those bags I like in theory but just never use. I look at it and there's just so much going on.

I've been meaning to sell it but I'm also a very lazy person by nature.
Same bag and same regret!!! I am tired of the giant LV logo and don’t like the multiple bags to put stuff in…

I would avoid anything too trendy, if it is trendy I would go for something with neutral/wearable colors. I would also avoid colors that I don't normally wear or that don't really compliment my complexion.

I think my most "trendy" would be my Fornasetti Alma. If you described a vernis bag with black leather base and monogram canvas handles, it would not be something I'd be interested in at all. But when I look at it, somehow it not only works well to me, but all the colors are neutral so it doesn't stand out in an obnoxious way.

Hands down for me was the Riveting mono handbag. It was a purely irrational impulse buy, and I’ve never used it (still in the box). Don’t get me wrong, it’s a beautiful bag! However, it just doesn’t go with my disheveled look/style.
I am trying to learn more about this bag. I think it's super cool looking but don't want to share your experience. I am trying to rid myself of the bags I don't use.

Do you happen to remember the original price? Not that it matters, I'm just curious. The preloved prices are all over the place.

The LV's I regretted buying I have since sold for a cash buyout Thank God. Vosges MM in empreinte, Montaigne BB in empreinte and Pochette Felicie in Epi. All 3 impulse buys and all sold at a loss of course. I realized that I do not like bags with compartments/dividers. Just a sac to carry all my crap:lol:. And in my 20's and 30's I hated crossbody bags and now in my 50's I love them. And the smaller and lighter it is the better for me and my shoulders/back. Which is exactly why I love LV Canvas. The consignment store still cant sell that Vosges.

I have a few LV's I regret buying but the biggest regret is a impulse purchase of the reissued noir Speedy in epi leather. Bought it in 2016 or 2017. Not my style, too big, and I couldn't resell it because of all the old epi speedy's on eBay that were going for a song.
Wow that's too bad. And I regret NOT buying the SpeedyB 25 in black epi when I had the chance in 2017.

I totally impulsed bought it and I'm really a crossbody gal like the Odeon PM. I never like to hand carry my bags and the SpeedyB is too bulky crossbody. It sits in my closet in her dust bag :shrugs:
That makes sense because its EPI leather. Thanks to a fellow tpf member I just recently started wearing my SpeedyB DE crossbody and I love it. I squish it lol. But yeah I hear you. I sold my EPI pochette felicie because it was so "stiff". I could not fit much in there compared to my canvas Pochette Accessoires.
