Where's Your Bag in the car/when you're driving?

yes like everyone else I leave it on the passenger seat when I'm driving alone or with my kids since they sit in the back. sometimes my 9 year old wants to sit in the front so it sits next to her. i rarely put it in the back or the floor. i'm gonna have to start doing that between me and the door thing though. sounds safer. and convenient.

I usually drive alone so I usually put it on the seat next to me. However, when there's someone else in the car, I put inbetween the two front seats..on my armrest thingy.

^This is what I do but when I turn sometimes it falls off the armrest so I put it in the backseat.

I always put mine on the passenger seat. I know its not very safe but I don't want to put it on the floor! :weird:

Mine goes beside me in the passenger seat or if I have a passenger and a delicate bag, it goes on my lap.

The first time I took out Mabel, I actually buckled her in for fear that sudden braking would cause her to crash to the floor and scratch. I'm not so paranoid anymore (and, for the record, after 60 uses, Mabel is barely marked at all, no mean feat for lightweight antiqued leather).

Inside a large Waitrose padded coolbag in the boot of my mini - the waitrose bag wedges in perfectly .

i dont drive so mine goes either on my lap or in the foot well

In the passenger seat next to me, but if I'm not alone, then it goes on the passenger seat behind me.

Mine is on passenger seat if I'm driving and if I'm not then on my lap. If I'm driving and someone is sitting on passenger seat then I put her on back seat. Never ever on the floor

I don't put my bags on the floor even inside the house, I have heard it brings bad luck.

And I do clean the floors, so that is not the reason....

I haven't taken my Mulberry in the car yet but I put my bags in the passenger footwell and I wrap the strap round my gear stick so it can't get nicked.

Same as me. I dont like putting them on the back seat, but will if I have to, as it is the lesser of many evils! I always lock my car doors as soon as I get in!

Passenger seat when I'm on my own , on the back seat if I have someone with me . If I have my roof back then they are usually in the footwell of the passenger seat . I never put them in the boot .

I always have my bag on my lap either on public transport or passenger in a car -I dont drive thanfully, had x4 crashes when learning
