Hi guys!

I have a few pairs of CL that I don't wear enough and want to sell to make way for new ones! :graucho::p

How do you guys sell your shoes? I am trying eBay but am not getting any bites...

Thanks for the suggestions!

You will probably get the most money on ebay (that's where I sell my designer items). Sometimes higher end shoes take longer to sell because of the price point. You can start them at a lower price for example 99.99 and put a reserve price on them so more traffic will hit your page. You could also try a high end consignment store...but I don't think you will get as much money.

reserve usually deters people. just start at lowest price you're willing to accept if you do auctions. buy it now will get you the most money if you price correctly (maybe add best offer too). you can check completed/sold listing to see what price is right.

I think if you are reasonable and realistic about your used shoes, ebay is good.....but I have seen way to many think their used shoes are worth almost the price of a new pair....also, I think it helps if you have and include the original box, storage bag and heel tips....also, think if they do not have vibrams installled, will most likely get better prices because it may appear vibraming covers wear.....and if you tell in your listing the exact style and not just say they are Christian Louboutin shoes....hope it helps.....also, be aware of the ebay fees....they are pretty steep....

I'd put them on ebay & give it my best shot..

Right now things are slower than usual do to end summer vacations, getting
kids ready for school

Be patient & do agree if they are without the vibram bottoms, they should sell
fast

I have a sold four pairs with vestiaire. Very easy but they take a hefty consignement and I think I would probably get more money on ebay.

Would like to try ebay, but have never sold anything there, just bought. But would people in the US buy CLs from Europe? The shipping will obviously be higher, would that deter you?

Lollipuff! I've sold two pairs of CL's there and got the price I wanted both times. They authenticate your shoes before listing, so there's a lot of security for buyers as well. And only a few brands are accepted so it's not super crowded/overwhelming. I highly recommend that site. :)

You already got plenty of good advice from others, but I just wanted to say "Don't give up!" Selling anything expensive is always more or less a pain in the *ss and it's frustrating if it feels like no-one's interested. But after all, you only need that one person to buy them :D

Hi Ladies - After a recent terrible ebay experience I have decided not to sell on there anymore. I've sold about 6 pairs of CLs this year on Fashionphile and their offers are very inconsistant. So I'm looking for somewhere else I can sell my items other then ebay. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Do you want a direct buyout or are you willing to consign? I have heard great things about lollipuff.com. You can choose to auction your items or sell for a fixed price. Listing is free and they only take 9% of the sale price.

I sold trashed louboutins on ebay... there is an um... market for that type of thing if you get my drift.

I got 130 bucks and I was goign to throw them away, so I was super happy with that.
