Most restaurants won’t use up valuable space on “bag chairs” & I don’t blame them. Crowded popular city restaurants don’t have the room to spare. If I know I’m going out to dinner/lunch whatever - I bring a small bag with a strap that can hang on the back of my chair or I can toss in a booth if booths are available.

I prefer these for my handbag hooks, because they can be folded up really small and put inside even the smallest bags!

Yesterday, we went to Nobu Tokyo and they offered me a basket or a spare chair so I picked the chair. But otherwise, they offer baskets even in small cafes!
