Where to get a brand new birkin?

I am thinking of getting a new birkin in either 25cm or 30cm. I went to a store today and they dont have. SA told me to keep going to store and check. I wonder where is everybody get theirs?

Sorry for a dumb question, this is my first time buying a birkin.
