I've ordered two pair of rockstuds from Farfetch-haven't had a problem so far. One pair I kept, one I ended up returning bc the color combo didn't work for me. Returns are easy, they pick them up for free & I received my money back very quickly. They've always shipped to me within two business days in all original packaging. If you're in the U.S. they use DHL, which allows you to track your package up to the minute. I like them a lot and I will continue shopping with them.

I purchased a Lock bag from them recently and it went very well, customer service was good and the bag arrived well packed in the original packing and in perfect shape, no complaints.
This may not be of help to you but I'm a 40 in Louboutin Pigalle 100 and 40.5 in these rock studs. It's not that I can't fit into the 40 but 40.5 is definitely the right choice for me.

Have you called one of the London stores? Rockstuds 65mm in poudre 37.5 shouldn't be difficult to get.

Anyone know about the reliability of Cruise Fashion? They were offering this rockstud medium tote on pre-order for £728. Sounded too good to be true but I ordered one, which was due to be dispatched on 8th February. I rang them today to be told the consignment has been delayed until May! This rang too many alarm bells so I cancelled my order - although still not received an email to confirm this! Not sure how they were managing to offer these bags st such a knock down price, especially as I'm pretty sure this exact bag is currently sold out at full price on the Valentino website. Any one know anything about this? Is it a genuine offer?
