Where do I post authentication questions for Hermes Accessories?

I'm probably doing this wrong...

I'm completely new on here but I would like to get a Hermes Collier de Chien Bracelet authenticated.
The item in question is on eBay (I will post the info below). I am aware that there are different places to post, but i have looked under Hemes/Authenticate/Accessories, however the feed is locked... so I am a bit at a loss.
If anyone could help that would be great!
