Where are the best TJ Maxx and Marshalls?!?!?

The T.J Maxx/Homegoods at Knollwood mall in St. Louis Park, MN has a runway collection. I've seen Prada bags, Versace bags, Gucci bags, Fendi bags, Dior belts, Valentino stuff, Stella Mcartney belts, TONS of Coach shoes, Cartier backpacks, and other random stuff!!

It's to prevent returning the items to a full price store. In my experience they just snip the tag in half.

^Yup, they tend to do that more with some brands than others though. (Most of the Juicy stuff I've purchased at TJs has snipped tags, but not all)

I'm jealous of all the great tjmaxxs, I live near one and it is pretty awful. We must get the worst of the worst. They should realize just because it is Iowa doesn't mean we don't love great clothes and shoes.

no these have the tags completely off....i could tell is was a high quality item...i would have gotten it...it was a leather pleated skirt in this awesome color...but it was way too short and i have no business in such a miniskirt

Interesting! I just checked the tags on a couple of Theory items I still have NWT (I just bought a blouse last month whose month number was 21, which was last Sept, I'm guessing...so we've just rebooted and this month is now 1?). Both items had a 7 after the dash...and I've always seen that the Runway dept is referred to as Dept. 7, so that might be what the number means in that case.

(Oddly, the Theory blazer I bought in TX last summer has a blue tag...I've never seen blue-tagged Theory items anywhere else. This wasn't a Runway location either)

The blue tag just means that it was part of some special event that they had... either being a "Tahari" event where they got a whole bunch of Tahari in at once, or a "Professional" event where they got a bunch of blazers in, etc.
