When Your New Bag Arrives Do You.........

Well.......it depends if I spent too much that week... it stays hidden from my hubby.... if I have over indulged!
Otherwise I know I really love it if I use it right away!

That is EXACTLY what I do. The time it takes to get bored differs from bag to bag. Right now I'm in a long cycle.

I didn't use the last bag I bought for days. It depends on the bag. I used my Speedy imediately, my Petite Noe too. I don't carry them for weeks, months though. I like to change bags often.

I always treat the leather with the best leather protector I can find. Then I ceremoniously "move in" to the new bag, and look at it in the mirror several times a day! :shame:

I always use new bags immediately, but I went to the Coach website a few weeks ago based on another post in the forum and fell in love with the Hampton weekend scribble hobo-we are moving to Florida on Wednesday and it is perfect, it arrived 2 weeks ago and then I went back and got the matching wristlet and a charm but I haven't used them yet-they are all happy to stay in their sleepers here in this miserable Wisconsin climate but as soon as we cross the state line I am switching over to it-I have NEVER waited to use a new bag!

like Clarissa -- there is a period of keeping the bag safe before I actually load it up and use it. Once I start using it I will probably keep wearing it for many months.
