When It Rains, It Pours...

Did not think I would be back so soon, but my SA here in town emailed yesterday to remind me that I have some boots on hold that were brought in for me to try on. She also let me know that one of my (very short) wishlist items had arrived and that I should come see the bag! I was torn between joy and dismay but I think we all know what won out in the end

This is a collective haul from yesterday’s trip and a stop in H during my holiday travels.

First up is the Chevaux des Steppes losange from the men’s collection that I actually bought when I got my birdie, but wore it home so forgot to reveal it here! The men’s size losange works better for me since it’s a bit bigger.

On my travels, I got the Barenia strap for my new Apple Watch 40 mm. The watch was a lovely Christmas present from my in laws and it is gold, but still looks nice with the stainless hardware strap.

I also found an incredibly warm stole in wool and cashmere. It gets a little colder where I live, so having a thicker scarf is useful for winter and I have enough CSGMs!! I love the colors in this, paired with my navy teddy coat, and the suede edge is a nice touch.

Now to my visit to my local (and probably now “home”) store. I originally needed to go in try on these amazing Still boots, which my SA brought in and were one of only two pairs left in my size in the country. I was torn between getting these and the Soft sneaker boots because those were so comfortable! But these won out in the end.

Next up is another stole I know for a fact that both new stoles will get a ton of wear this winter! I am a complete sucker for stripes so, when I saw this, I had to bring it home with me. It was a one-off buy that the SD picked out and it looks nothing like what I normally am drawn to and see at H in terms of scarves. It’s 100% cashmere and so soft. I absolutely love it!!

B25 Vert Cypres Togo GHW. On my short wishlist and wearable daily for me. I don’t carry much around and I quite liked the feel of the bag slung under my arm, kind of like a gently carried football Good practice for baby on the way!!

Color is a bit lighter than in the picture but still a very deep, forest green. A dark green was the first color request I had from my SA when I started my H journey several years ago! Happy to have one in my collection now.

And then the last box is a PM rodeo in Vert Cypres, which is about as adventurous as I’ll go with bag accessories. Tone on tone!
