You could link the 2 necklaces at the hook then they will not tangle.
1 of the SAs from VCA taught me to join the sweets bracelet so they won't tangle when worn together.
I imagine they should work the same for necklaces!
I tried it! Past 1hr doing the dishes and moving my hand.

they definitely tangle lesser. And the pro here is my Chaumet bracelet doesn’t go underneath my wrist since now the heaviest part is the 2 clasps together. Before that, the Chaumet BML part is heavier than its clasp so it does slide under.

I think this is brilliant! Where have you been? :giggle: Thank you for sharing this tip!

I’m still thinking about a pair of Verdura earrings that I saw two years ago. I tried them on and the SA and DH both had the same reaction. They look good, but they make you look a decade older. (So they didn’t recommend). One gray enamel , one off white. Shaped like enormous mabe pearls. With tiny, geometric shaped gems set in gold scattered on their surface. (My discription does not do them justice

Unpopular opinion: I’m still thinking of getting them lol. It was old in a really good way

Here are all of my very unpopular opinions.

• Getting a piece of jewelry will always be a happier moment than getting any other fashion / wardrobe item.
• Diamond studs are boring
• Standard strands of pearls look dated and blah
• Large bracelet stacks look like the fashion equivalent of a garage sale or a toddler dressing themselves.
• Entry level branded jewelry like Cartier Love, VCA AH, etc is relatively unattractive and wouldn’t be popular if they were designs people happened to see in independent jewelry stores. Especially with all the tiny pt or pave diamond treatments as expensive “upgrades”.
• While I’m typically not a fan, costume jewelry can be very pretty and serve a purpose in a wardrobe
• Marquis shaped center diamonds for engagement rings will never come back in style. They’re the 80’s hair band of diamond shapes.
• Lab created stones of any kind give me the ick but I must admit they do have ethically superior standing
• There are no interesting watches. Apple watches (and their cousins) are truly ugly tech.
• Jewelry isn’t gendered. Get what you want.
• Mixing metals almost never optimizes your look.
