I love this thread. I am working up the courage to put some bags on eBay. My mom buys and sells on eBay all the time so I think she can show me the ropes. It's nice to read how you all go about your decision making on which bags can go. I will be brave and list some next week.
What's your criteria for culling the Coach herd?

I 'cull my heard' often. I used to keep all my bags but in the last few years I have gone to a if I get one something must go. This is mostly due to storage space and the fact I can never get just one, I binge.
Thankfully I have a willing teenage daughter to take some (so happily, she calls dibs when I buy one she likes knowing she. Will probably get it in 6 months). Others I sell or give away to my daughters or my friends. I have a couple of bags I keep for sentimental reasons, gifts that I have received. I recently reduced my Coach & LV collection but went on a Longchamp binge. Then the PCE came in the mail (was going to get a bag but decided on a wallet) and the Macy's sale (Bleeker daily bag). Now I may need to reduce by just 2 or so bags. I think at the moment I have about 20 (that is my 'culled' herd but it's still a little out of control). 😀
Good luck OP! I find it is hard at first but gets easier, I always know it will find something I love in the future, that helps too. The extra $$ from selling is nice, I use it to fund future purchases.
