My favorite 3 bags right now, in no particular order:

1. Balenciaga Coquelicot RH Work - lots of gorgeous, luscious leather for molesting and can fit a ton!

2. Chanel 09A Red Caviar M/L GHW - Best combo ever - caviar, red, and ghw. At first I didn't like the color as I wanted a true red with orange undertones. But I'm find myself loving it more and more every day (funny how that works).

3. Chanel Silver Sevruga WOC SHW - I love that you can dress this up or down. There's a different way to wear it for every occasion.

Once you see the Happy IRL, I'm sure you will fall even more in love with it.

The strap can be worn doubled, like in my picture, or as a longer single strap. No matter which way I wear it, the strap (or straps) slides off my shoulder. Even my trick of crossing one strap over the other, which works with all of my other double strap bags, fails with this one. Sometimes it depends on what I'm wearing. The straps seem to grip my shoulder better if I have bare shoulders or am wearing a more structured jacket.

I did discover something that helped the last time I used it. The two leather shoulder pads on the chain are very stiff and straight and don't conform to the shape of my shoulder - probably why they keep sliding off. So, I took a few minutes to bend the straps and try to soften them up and make them more rounded, and it worked. The straps stayed much better. I think they just need to be broken in a little.

I've seen Happy IRL but not the black that I like. I tried the one in brown. I hope to visit the store one day tho. Thanks for the info.

I will go with
1. Mulberry Bayswater. I own quite a few but possibly the electric blue is my favourite
2. Mulberry medium lily black with nickel hardware. This is my newest addition and is just wonderful.
3. Louis Vuitton Neverfull mm in Damier ebene. I love this bag when I need to carry the kitchen sink and the DE print is so classy looking.
3. (a tie) Mulberry Daria satchel. This bag is lightweight and lovely with a nice sheen to the leather. It adds some pop to a casual outfit.

As you can see I am a mulberry girl, although this brand is not so popular outside of the UK (it should be!)

No matter how many different bags I get, my top 3 never seem to change.
Stam, Stam, Stam (x 17)
(with the Valentino right behind them)

Why: For me and my lifestyle, this is the most perfect bag. Easy to get in and out of but secure closure, shoulder/arm held, leather feels like a dream, well-made

I think I am going to do this every year. It was more of a struggle narrowing down to just these 4 this year. Last year I was so sure of which were my favorites, lol! Thanks again for a great thread, OP.
(Sorry for the huge pics, everybody)

My 3rd year of participating in this thread and it seems not much has changed. Well, just a wee bit. Here are my current faves -

4) Fendi Pink Fendilicious/Celine Navy Cabas Tote

Honorable Mentions for my Balenciaga Sahara Weekender with GGH and my YSL Cognac Easy.

Can't wait to see what gets the most use next year.

Only 3? Now that's a tough decision because I usually put a lot of thoughts in each bag that I bought therefore it's extremely hard for me to choose one and let go of the other but here we go:

1. Chanel Classic Flap M/L I must have a small elegant classic bag for formal events and the evenings, small but still can fit all your essentials so it can be used as a day bag for those days you want to carry less

2. Bottega Veneta Sloane. A 'quiet luxury' hobo style large enough to carry more than your essentials making very practical. A low key luxury handbag that you can enjoy regardless of the social network you're in

3. Speedy B 30 Damier Ebene. Spacious yet not too big. A simple chic style. A work horse as well as a travel handbag with all the different carrying options thanks to its versatile strap design. This bag is tough enough to withstand any weather condition
