1) LV Metis Hobo (absolute must!)
2) Ralph Lauren Ricky Zip 27 (red or black, haven't decided yet. I like East-West style bags so I'll probably leave the wings out. I much prefer the zip option because I don't really like how the leather wears and creases on the exterior top flap when you open and close the bag.)
3) Celine Phantom in shiny brown grained calfskin (Total perfection!)
4) Loewe PVC Puzzle Bag from SS16 (I've been dying for a PVC bag for years and years and this really fits my love for architecture and structure)
5) LV Bosphore Backpack (always loved the monogram on a backpack. Will be my uni bag if I ever get to uni at some point. If I get it before that then it'll be my laptop/travel bag.)
6) LV Sully PM (been wanting a small hobo bag. That thick vachetta handle is everything!)
7) Goyard Anjou in black/gold (I still can't quite decide between PM and GM.)
8) LV Empreinte Artsy in Aurore (although I've read this colour's being discontinued! :tdown:)
9) MCM Small Studded Christina Satchel (been dreaming about this obsessively. A more sophisticated take on the studded visetos canvas they use on those blinged out backpacks. I might get a small cognac one day but that hasn't made its way onto this list yet.)
10) LV Monogram Artsy (if they've finally resolved the canvas issues.)
11) LV City Steamer (PM or MM in a solid colour like black or burgundy. Will definitely monogram.)
12) MCM Croc Stamped Medium Milla in Black
13) Saint Laurent Croc Stamped SDJ in Fog
15) Goyard Beluga MM (for travel. Don't know what colour I'd like.)
16) Ralph Lauren Ricky Zip 40 in RL Gold (also for travel.)
17) Ralph Lauren Saddle Ricky (adore the contrast white stitching on the gorgeous leather that will patina over time.)
18) Chanel GST in a bright red with SHW

It's only a wishlist though. More than likely only a few of these bags will make the official cut once I get my new job. The travel bags I'll leave for much later.

Bump! It's 2 years later and I've managed to narrow down my wishlist (not because I've been shopping a lot. I've just learned to let go of the idea of most of the bags previously on the wishlist). I'm really quite stunned as to how extensive my list was. Some bags definitely didn't suit my aesthetic and I fell in love with because other people carried them well. Also, the GST and Metis Hobo were discontinued. Still mad at myself for missing out on those particular bags.

I'm looking to really only get maybe two this year. Weighing my options.
Current wishlist for 2017/2018:
1) Chloe Faye Medium in Black or Red Goatskin (I'm torn about the classic suede. I'm a total accident magnet.)
2) Black Studded Lady Dior Medium or Large from SS17 or Classic Lady Dior Mini Black Lambskin SHW (Swoon).
3) Gucci Dionysus Small in black grained leather with Swarovski tiger's head clasp. (I was ambivalent about Gucci before Alessandro Michele came along. I was blind but now I see.). I like that it comes with two different straps. Versatility in mind.
4) Loewe Zip Puzzle in Red (this has been on my wishlist since it first came out but I just haven't felt the need to pull the trigger yet. Might be too contemporary? Which is strange considering I'm not limited to one style or other. Maybe I'm fearful it'll be heavy once I put in my minimalist possessions I typically carry).

And then there are bags I love but don't see myself buying anytime soon. The Fendi Peekaboo I might just have to admire from afar. The rest are definitely longer term wishlist pieces.
1) Fendi Peekaboo.
2) LV Capucines PM.
3) Chanel Reissue 226 (I still can't decide between GHW or RHW)
4) Chanel Medium/Large Black Caviar SHW (I suppose since I'm very sure about this combination, I can easily go for GHW with the Reissue. After all, gold was Coco's inspiration).

Bottega Veneta knot clutch
However any other evening clutch could work fine too but it has to fit my phone. I wish designers would make slightly bigger evening bags to fit the bigger phones!

3. Dior bag... I've been eyeing off the pretty Dior colours for the longest time, but I keep going back to Chanel... I do really want to get my hands on a colourful Dior.

I have two designer bags on my wishlist, both from more than six years ago, so preloved.
Chanel in the mix beige and black with gold
Dior delices gaufre 2-way black or grey with gold
If I can get them in excellent condition for a good price from a reputable seller, that would rock! They tend to still be around four digits though, way out of my budget and out of my comfort zone for a bag that has been used for years and years, so I will hang back for a little longer.
