Here is what is thrown in my bag at the moment. There is also a few toys for my son, disinfecting hand wipes and snacks which are not shown in the pics. These come out and are changed/replenished each carry.

I'm sorry, I should have listed what was in there:push: The pouch your asking about was purchased from Anthropology as a Christmas gift for me. They billed it as a coin purse but it is HUGE and I replaced my Bal make-up bag with it. It's on sale now in a few different prints http://www.anthropologie.com/anthro/product/shopsale-bags/25441742.jsp?color=050

Also tucked inside are my Coffee Cup leather coin pouch with added "E" charm (my sons initial), recycled paper pouch for extra cards, gloves, reusable shopping bag and Bal Money Wallet.

iPhone, DKNY wallet, Harajuku Lovers Makeup bag in which there are wet wipes, a pack of tissues my travalo atomizer, B&BW hand sanitizer, a spare pencil case and some ibuprofen.
I like to carry a mini notepad, as well as some 'emergency money'.
