Workplace What you actually do vs. what you wish you did?

What I do: deal with paperwork all day

What I would rather be doing:

what I am doing:

I didn't finish my nursing degree but I still wanted to work in medical field so I decide to be a medical translator where I translate Indonesian, English and Korean. I thought about what I could do, and this is what thought I'm good at and can do well.

What I want to do:

Get my nursing degree, start a life in one of European country or Australia, and start a family

I really don't know where my life is leading me, recently, a lot of coworkers quit and I'm just staying here thinking am I doing this right? I work in a medical translating job, I think I'm doing this job alright, the patients are fine, I like my coworkers, and my job provide a housing as well. But I don't think I can stay in this job for more than a year or tow from now, I'm thinking to take some floral design classes, and if this is the path I'm willing to spend for my career, I'm planning to go floral design school. Is there any florist out there willing to give me some advise?
