Well i suggest you scream at him until he crys  :wtf: :crybaby:
 Orr gently ACCIDENTLY nudge his little cart thing and watch all the fakes drown in a dirty puddle!
Jk. Just report him! I hate them why can't they just go out and do something different i don't get it....
I hope he goes.
Them women are crazy!
Luxury isnt Luxury when it's been made by young children in sweat shops.

I would say, definately tell starbucks, and the next time you see the ladies around him, saunter over, glance at the bags, and make a comment like "Nice overpriced fake bags. How long will they actually stay in one piece?"

I know I'm going to get it after saying this..but I guess I'm a very very very sympathetic person. Maybe this is the only way for him to support his wife and hungry children at home? I mean its wrong to sell fakes. I would be upset if I was LV or Chanel. I just hope he is telling these ladies who are interested in his bags that they are replicas and not the real deal. AND I'm sure majority of these ladies know that they are buying fakes. Maybe they themselves are not as fortunate as us to buy designer brands. So lets just look at the glass half full?

sooooo hahahah this reminds me of my friend and i were in vegas! there was this lady (like 25ish) with the same cart and we both started looking at the purses and started laughing and quitely talking (LOOK AT THIS FANEL and this FUCCI ohhhh check out the FOius Vuitton!!) haha and the Lady was like ok bye.

I shot her a mean look and im like excuse me but im not done looking at ur merchandise and shes like, you can leave!! and i said no thats not right and get this she said:

I dont know why people like you come here and mock these purses when u carry fake bags as well...i was like EXCUSE ME?? (i was carrying my gucci chain hobo) and i was just shocked i couldnt speak and im like YOU think MY bag is FAKE>?? do u WANT to take a look at it??? i was just astounded hahaha

but what made it even more fun was after a fun day of shopping we walked past her again and i had a dior bag, gucci bag and a tiffianys bag and we purposly walked passed her cart and we were like OH BTW we bought so more "fake" things....but we bought it from the actual store...man i didnt know they made fake things now!! hahaha and just laughed like crazy!!! haha

ugh. perhaps you should report him. i wonder if anyone would really do anything though.

I guess it kind of depends on the area. I know that in New York they're everywhere and nothing has been done about it (my flatmate's from there), the same with LA. But I'd imagine that if it's in a reasonably nice area, it would only make sense to take some legal action. :wondering

I am sort of having this same issue. There is this little mall near me and there are these things...not even carts...but fixtures right smack dab in the center of the mall selling fake LV's and all kinds of other bags. It's disgusting. I mean...it's ALL the time - how can this go on?? The nearest LV is in Boston which is about 40 minutes away. Do I call them?

I guess u can call LV, but I doubt there is anything they can do. Especially that guy is on a cart and he moves quickly. There really is no solution to the fakes as long as there are demands for them, there will be someone willing to risk for a supply. The only place I know that's practically zero fakes is in Japan, because the people over there are so disciplined that they don't buy fakes of anything.

I second the idea of reporting to the FBI, or at least, the police. This is PIRACY and it's ILLEGAL! If you let them know the location where the man sells and the time, then they can catch him.

I don't blame you for being so angry! I'm FUMING!

Okay ladies, I think this is kind of excessive here. There guys with the bag carts are very low on the list of people LV or any official want to be up against. There are several of them across the street from LV in 5th ave and 57th in NYC. It's like being mad at the McDonald's cashier for making Americans fat. These guys stand outside often in 90 degree heat to sell $25 bags. MOST of these bags are inspired bags.

They buy from a dealer, who is not even who you should report. The dealer buys from an importer, who buys from an exporter, who buys it from some factory overseas.

They really don't feel for the intellectual rights and your evil eyes would really be wasted here.

As for the women who buy these bags, they often just love the design, and don't even know it's designer. They don't know how much a designer costs. Some do, and if they choose to buy a fake, then whatever. It doesn't make them worse people, just less educated about designer bags and copyrights and intellectual property.
