Okay, I have 2 purchases. My first purchase was the cloud blue Lady Dior, I brought it during the summer on July 4th, the day before the price increase. I didn't even know about it until my Paris SA said something. The 2nd purchase was from yesterday when my DH went to Dior on New Bond street in London before flying back to NYC. I got the XS Caro compact wallet in Cloud blue to match my Lady Dior. I chose the Caro which is made with supple cannage calfskin instead of the matchy match mini Lady Dior wallet. I chose the calfskin so I don't have to worry about babying a lambskin wallet. The calfskin wallet is so soft.
I picked up the new larger Miss Dior bag last week. I went to the store to try the pink one but went home with black instead.

Can anyone provide by advice on whether Dior should replace a damaged patent mini lady Dior? It has never been worn but I noticed some bubbling under the leather and I’m really upset about it. The store aren’t being really helpful.
Can you please share photos of the bubbling? Perhaps we can point you to a service that can fix this.
